Blending punk, psychedelic and soul influences, the brazen trio are becoming a staple of Indianapolis’ eclectic music scene.
Comprised of Curt Turner (vocals, guitar), Nolan Shockman (drums) and Joe Wise (bass) the three-piece have been turning heads across the Midwest since their 2017 formation, sharing the stage with the likes of The Gories, Frankie and The Witch Fingers, Hooveriii, LA Witch, Together Pangea, Mike Watt, Night Beats, Death Valley Girls, Doyle, and more.

Recently releasing a live album of their performance at the Back Alley Ballyhoo, the band are currently working on their first studio LP and are preparing gig dates in the UK and Europe. “Lost in Commotion”, which features on the Ballyhoo collection, is originally a 2022 released track mastered by Neil Zeilenga at Dynaline Sound, and is a very promising insight into what their first full-length collection might have to offer. Leaning into their brand of “unhinged rock and roll”, the aptly named single is infused with the familiar dynamism of 70s punk names, that the band have extended into an unruly contemporary palette. Though drowned in an aura of chaos, there is something cleverly tamed about this track that leaves us wanting more, paving the way for the upcoming debut to be an explosive, highly nourishing reward.
