The “YOUR ROOTS ARE SHOWING” Folk conference takes place this january in the gleneagle hotel, killarney, county kerry, from the 15th to the 19th.

Your Roots Are Showing, Ireland’s Folk Conference and the largest event of its kind in the country, is proud to announce Fáilte Ireland and Culture Ireland as key sponsors for its upcoming edition, taking place from January 15th to 19th, 2025, at the Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney. A special launch concert (“FOLK iN FUSION”), will also take place on the 14th of January in the INEC Arena.

Their backing enables Your Roots Are Showing to provide a platform for over 100 showcasing acts, industry panels, workshops, and networking opportunities for both emerging and established artists.

The conference will also feature a bustling trade fair, where attendees can interact with exhibitors from the music, tourism, and cultural sectors.
