New Blues Music: FJT and the Igniters + New Single “The Damage”

Hailing from Detroit, Michigan, FJT & The Igniters are a roots rock group with blues at their core.

American blues band FJT and the Igniters

Delivering a gritty rock ‘n’ roll style, the band are somewhat of a hybrid of The Black Crowes, Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty and The Allman Brothers, with a bit of ACDC thrown in for good measure. Comprised of vocalist FJT, sharpshooter guitarist Paul Kramer, drummer Paul Snyder and bassist Chris Spooner, the band are a skilled combo with vast experience in many aspects of the music business.

Singles “The Damage”, “Say It Out Loud”, and “Graves”, gears them up for their second full length album, “FJT and the Igniters 2”, to be released this August. A rusty rock track with flakes of harmonica, slide guitar and gritty vocals, “The Damage” is simply good old blues rock to the core.
