Jet Black Flyers launch with debut single, “Julia, I Hate Bugs”

Formed in 2022 from a collection of “long haired nerds with a mutual affinity for bands like Nirvana, The Strokes and Deftones”, the band’s raw and unpredictable character have them poised as potential new kings of alt rock.

Exploring the relationship between an artist and their creativity, the song depicts “an artist and their project as they struggle to find inspiration in an ever-growing need to develop a new concept while the clock continues to tick away”. A track that fellow bands will resonate with all too well, Jet Black Flyers announce that they are unafraid to explore the challenging, the relatable and the abstruse.

Tying together flecks of The Black Keys, Franz Ferdinand and RHEA, the Miami band have landed onto the contemporary scene with quite the bang. Eagerly anticipating what they offer next, enjoy one of the strongest debuts from what we believe, will be a huge name in the years forward.
